PulmOne is a fast-growing medical device company changing how pulmonary function testing (PFT) is done in the United States. Our flagship product, the MiniBox+, brings true plethysmography and full diagnostic PFT into a compact, fully portable system — letting practices run gold-standard lung testing right in their own office, PFT Lab or Hospital.
About the Opportunity
PulmOne is hiring a Salesforce Data Analyst to own the data that runs our US sales organization — turning a large, under-used Salesforce instance into the dashboards, target lists and reports that help sixteen-plus field reps sell more. This is the US sales team's central operations role and works directly with the VP of Sales.
Salesforce today holds thousands of customers and years of sales history, but much of it is incomplete, duplicated or out of date. You will clean it, structure it and make it useful — so that a rep visiting a city sees every target there, not two out of ten. You will also become the US focal point for vendor security assessments, commission calculations and sales agreements.
What You'll Do
Salesforce administration and data integrity
- Serve as the US Salesforce administrator, taking over day-to-day administration from our international team
- Review the previous day's entries every morning and follow up directly with reps on anything incomplete or unclear — a missing close date, a logged demo that did not happen
- Purge and consolidate several hundred duplicate reports into a clean, documented library
- Move record ownership from individual reps to territories and positions, so history is never orphaned when people change roles
- Maintain the ZIP code territory map and automatic lead routing
- Keep opportunity probability, close date and next step accurate across the pipeline
Reporting, dashboards and analysis
- Build a personal dashboard for each rep and a team dashboard for sales leadership
- Produce the weekly sales scoreboard and pipeline report
- Build and run closed-lost analysis — structured loss reasons captured on every lost deal, reported monthly and quarterly
- Mine Salesforce for past opportunities, dormant accounts and installed-base expansion, and hand reps prioritized target lists for their territories
Commissions
- Calculate US sales commissions each quarter from installation data in Salesforce and collections data from accounts receivable
- Prepare commission statements for each rep
Security assessments, agreements and contracting
- Become the single US point of contact for hospital and health-system information security assessments (ISAs), business associate agreements and IT agreements, working from a growing library of completed assessments
- Prepare GPO and IDN vendor submissions and credentialing packages
- Own the agreements process for dealer, finder's fee and rental agreements — drafting from templates, routing for signature and tracking renewals
Systems and integration
- Connect Salesforce with the MiniBox Toolkit (MTK) and PulmSuite, including filter usage data
- Work with marketing on lead capture, web lead routing and campaign reporting
Rep onboarding and training
- Train every new rep on Salesforce during onboarding — typically a half-day session
- Publish and maintain the Salesforce hygiene standard and short how-to guides
How you will be measured
Each quarter you and the VP of Sales agree four or five objectives (MBOs). They change quarter to quarter as the priorities move. Examples:
- Percentage of open opportunities with a current probability, close date and next step
- Commission statements delivered accurately and on schedule
- ISA and GPO submissions completed within the customer's deadline
- Target lists and dashboards delivered and in use by every rep
- Closed-lost report produced and reviewed with sales leadership
What you bring
Required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, analytics or a related field
- Two or more years of hands-on Salesforce experience — reports, dashboards, data cleanup and user administration
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, imperfect data sets
- Clear, confident communication — you can call a sales rep to fix an entry, and you can train a new rep for half a day
- Organized and self-directed, able to own several workstreams without being chased
Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience in medical device, healthcare or B2B capital equipment sales operations
- Sales commission calculation experience
- Familiarity with hospital vendor credentialing, security questionnaires or GPO contracting
- Experience with Salesforce integrations or automation tools
Compensation
- ·$65,000 - $75,000
