Through our Clinical StudyPal platform and Concierge-as-a-Service model, we support sponsors, CROs, medtech companies, site networks, and research teams with eCOA/ePRO, wearable device data, patient reminders, compliance dashboards, device support, and human concierge outreach.

Our goal is simple: help research teams keep patients engaged, collect cleaner data, reduce missed touchpoints, and improve the overall clinical trial experience.

About the Role

Delve Health is looking for a hungry, coachable Sales Development Representative with at least two strong years of sales or business development experience.

This role is for someone who already understands the discipline of outbound sales: researching accounts, identifying decision-makers, writing thoughtful outreach, making calls, following up consistently, qualifying interest, and booking meetings.

You do not need to be a clinical research expert on day one. But you should already know how to prospect, manage a pipeline, handle rejection, stay organized, and create new conversations.

Delve Health is not just selling software. We help clinical trial teams solve real operational problems: patients missing diaries, devices not being worn, data not flowing, follow-ups being delayed, sites being stretched thin, and study teams lacking visibility between visits.

Our platform gives study teams visibility. Our concierge team helps turn that visibility into action.

What You’ll Do

Prospect New Opportunities

Identify and engage potential customers across pharma, biotech, medtech, CROs, site networks, academic research groups, and digital health organizations.

Use email, LinkedIn, phone calls, conferences, and account research to create new conversations and generate qualified meetings.

Research Target Accounts

Look for companies running clinical trials, post-market studies, decentralized or hybrid studies, wearable-enabled studies, patient engagement programs, or studies that require ongoing patient support.

Identify relevant decision-makers such as clinical operations leaders, medical affairs leaders, digital health leads, innovation teams, site network executives, and patient engagement leaders.

Create Thoughtful Outreach

Develop personalized outreach that connects Delve Health’s capabilities to real study challenges, including:

  • Patient retention
  • eCOA/ePRO completion
  • Wearable device compliance
  • Remote data collection
  • Post-market follow-up
  • Patient reminders and education
  • Device support and troubleshooting
  • Concierge outreach between visits
  • Site network pre-screening and patient follow-up

Qualify Leads

Ask strong discovery questions to understand whether a prospect may need Delve Health’s platform, concierge team, wearable support, eCOA/ePRO tools, or compliance visibility.

Help determine whether the opportunity is a fit for StudyPal, Concierge-as-a-Service, or a combined platform-plus-service model.

Support the Sales Process

  1. Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  2. Prepare account research before calls.
  3. Track outreach, follow-ups, responses, and next steps in the CRM.
  4. Support follow-up after meetings with notes, summaries, and next-step coordination.

Learn and Improve

Build a working understanding of clinical trials, digital health, decentralized research, patient engagement, medtech post-market studies, wearable data collection, and the operational burden placed on sites and study teams.

Use feedback, data, and call outcomes to improve messaging and outreach performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of sales, business development, SDR, BDR, or outbound prospecting experience.
  • Proven comfort with cold outreach by email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience researching accounts and identifying decision-makers.
  • Ability to write clear, professional, personalized outreach.
  • Strong organization and follow-up discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and stay consistent with activity.
  • Curiosity about healthcare, clinical research, patient engagement, digital health, and wearable technology.
  • Willingness to learn a complex market and improve quickly.
  • Comfort working in a small, growing company where priorities move fast.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
  • Clinical research, pharma, biotech, medtech, CRO, site network, or healthcare technology experience is a plus.

Compensation

Base salary plus performance-based incentives. Final compensation will depend on experience.
