About The Role

Our Professional Services team is looking for an experienced Professional Services Consultant to join our fast-growing Professional Services team supporting the Life Sciences industry and help shape the future of digital solutions in the chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) space.

As a leader in our Professional Service team, you will be responsible for establishing best practices, building tools and resources to ensure QbDVision’s and our customers’ success, ensuring seamless delivery of projects, providing leadership for team members, and delivering operational excellence.

What You’ll Own

• Building best practices for the growing Professional Services team, including establishing operational processes and capacity management
• Working with customers and the Professional Services team to scope projects and write Statements of Work
• Engaging with customer stakeholders across various organizations to execute successful services projects and drive business outcomes
• Providing oversight and assisting with project management for customer projects
• Analyzing business requirements, and documenting and implementing customer projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or equivalent working experience
• 5+ years of direct experience with life sciences, software or consulting
• 2+ years of experience with leading project execution and management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience working with global pharmaceutical companies
• Customer-facing consulting experience
• Managed relationships with executive stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 20%
