Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of MontyCloud’s B2B SaaS and Cloud product capabilities focused on the AWS ecosystem. This role is critical to scaling our product and delivering on business commitments as MontyCloud grows post Series B and strengthens its strategic alignment with AWS.
The ideal candidate brings a strong customer-first mindset, working backwards from real user needs, and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity by defining a clear product vision and connecting roadmap decisions to business outcomes. With a solid understanding of AWS and cloud concepts, you will collaborate effectively with engineering and engage credibly with customers.
You will work cross-functionally to build scalable, multi-tenant solutions, with a strong focus on ownership and execution excellence to drive meaningful customer and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product strategy for MontyCloud’s B2B SaaS and AWS cloud platform capabilities
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, roadmap planning, and requirement definition to delivery, launch, and adoption
  • Work backwards from customer needs and pain points to shape product direction and roadmap priorities
  • Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing AWS-focused cloud platform capabilities
  • Build product experiences tailored for enterprise and MSP personas across multi-tenant and multi-account AWS environments
  • Translate customer feedback, market insights, and business goals into actionable product requirements
  • Collaborate closely with GTM, sales, design, and customer success teams to ensure strong adoption and customer impact
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to measure feature adoption, customer value, retention, and expansion impact
  • Drive roadmap prioritization with clear trade-off decisions, balancing near-term customer wins with long-term platform strategy
  • Evangelize product vision internally and externally, including customer conversations, demos, and internal enablement
  • Ensure strong execution standards through clear documentation, cross-functional alignment, and continuous feedback loops
Must Have
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud services, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS business models
  • Experience building and scaling products in cloud, infrastructure, platform, or operations-focused domains
  • Proven ability to drive end-to-end product lifecycle ownership from discovery to launch
  • Strong customer-first mindset with experience understanding user pain points and translating them into product outcomes
  • Ability to define product vision, roadmap strategy, and measurable success metrics
  • Strong stakeholder management across engineering, design, GTM, customer success, and customers
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making
  • Comfort engaging in technical conversations around AWS services, architectures, cloud operations, and platform capabilities
Good to Have
  • Experience in MSP environments or multi-tenant SaaS platforms
  • Exposure to FinOps, cost optimization, governance, or cloud operations products
  • Experience in 0→1 and 1→N product building
  • Familiarity with customer discovery frameworks such as Jobs-To-Be-Done or Value Proposition Design
  • Experience working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
  • Understanding of enterprise and MSP pricing models, packaging, or monetization
  • Awareness of AWS-native operational, governance, and optimization tooling
Experience
  • 12+ years in Product Management
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS, AWS cloud, or platform products
  • Experience working with enterprise and/or MSP customers
  • Track record of shipping features that impact adoption, retention, expansion, or customer satisfaction
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Business, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business / Technology preferred
