Job Overview

MontyCloud is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter with 5 to 7 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed, accurate job descriptions.
  • Leverage various sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct headhunting to identify and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical technical roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical expertise, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely feedback and communication.
  • Negotiate offers and oversee the smooth onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices in the IT and technical hiring space.
