Job Summary
As we prepare for substantial growth in 2025, Hydrolix is seeking a Sales Program Manager to support our global Sales Leaders in achieving ambitious targets. This role will serve as an essential operational backbone, streamlining projects, facilitating key initiatives, and improving documentation and processes to enable Sales Leaders to focus on high-impact activities. The Sales Program Manager will act as a liaison between Sales and other internal teams, fostering greater collaboration, communication, and alignment on efforts impacting customer success and satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance Operational Efficiency
- Alleviate administrative and logistical tasks from Sales Leaders, allowing them to concentrate on strategy and priority customer engagements.
- Support day-to-day operations of the sales organization, identifying and implementing tools to increase productivity.
- Manage Key Sales Initiatives
- Track, manage, and report on strategic initiatives, including process improvements, partner alignment meetings, and the implementation of sales methodologies.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of projects, focusing on achieving faster, more efficient sales outcomes.
- Facilitate Process Optimization
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify bottlenecks and propose streamlined workflows, managing our Sales “Fast Track” checklist to accelerate deal cycles while preserving leadership autonomy.
- Implement standardized processes, tools, and frameworks that support scalable growth across regions.
- Documentation and Process Clarity
- Document critical handoff points, roles, and responsibilities to improve collaboration and minimize friction across teams during transitions
- Develop and maintain clear, accessible documentation of best practices, successful approaches, HDX sales processes and handoff points to drive consistency and efficiency.
- Sales Enablement and Training
- Assists in coordinating the development of skill-building workshops and sales methodology training to support the professional growth of the global sales team, align with Hydrolix’s strategic goals, and enhance the effectiveness of regional teams.
- Identify opportunities for ongoing sales team training and development to drive continuous improvement.
- Customer Insight and Market Monitoring
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to inform program improvements and sales strategies.
- Assist with Employee Onboarding and Continuous Education:
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to develop and enhance Hydrolix University courses, providing structured onboarding and continuous learning programs that equip new hires and existing team members with the skills and knowledge to succeed and grow within their roles.
- Salesforce Data Integrity and Requirements Management:
- Conduct regular audits with Sales Leaders to review data integrity and update ongoing or new requirements based on business changes.
- Work closely with the Business Operations team to ensure that all requirements are implemented effectively, keeping the Salesforce platform aligned with evolving business needs of the Hydrolix sales organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years in Sales Operations and or Program/ Project Management
- Proven experience in sales program management, enablement, or operations, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Self Motivated with a Bias for action
- Takes initiative to create, introduce, or recommend processes that would benefit and expedite team goals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple, complex initiatives and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, from sales to product and customer success.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to track performance, identify issues, and drive improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to implement processes, tools, and structures that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard tooling
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Google suite
- Confluence & JIRA a plus
