We are looking for a technical storyteller to engage with, teach, and excite developers as they adopt our next-generation, web-scale data platform. As an early employee of a cloud observability startup, you’ll have the chance to positively impact our company culture and direction. You’ll be involved in every stage of the content creation process, from strategy and decision-making to getting hands-on experience with our product and writing clear, engaging documentation. What You'll Do:

Write and maintain technical documentation and technical marketing materials, including system guides, API definitions, tutorials, blog posts, white papers, and newsletters.

Synthesize product requirements and technical specifications to both document and explain new functionality.

Validate first-hand that the functionality matches the documentation.

Develop engaging stories which convey the business impact of the Hydrolix platform, leveraging customer case studies, public datasets, and in-house experiments.

Work with Sales, Support, and Service Delivery to answer customer questions, facilitate customer adoption, and creatively problem-solve.

What We're Looking For:

Strong written communication skills

A track record of creating clear, concise and engaging technical content

A solid understanding of databases and writing SQL queries

Hands-on experience working within AWS, GCP, and/or Azure Cloud environments

Good awareness of observability, data security, and data privacy best practices
