Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Remote, U.S. Position

HYAS, the leader in utilizing advanced adversary infrastructure intelligence, detection, and prevention to preemptively neutralize cyberattacks, is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to help build and manage our demand gen engine. The position reports to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with the Revenue Operations and Sales teams to support, develop, and optimize business with prospects, partners, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic market planning and execution of growth strategies and lead/opportunity generation to reach revenue targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of the HYAS marketing tech stack.
  • Define and track key success metrics for demand gen performance based on growth metrics, billings, quarterly and Y/Y growth, pipeline generation, ROI, etc.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and ROI for integrated and paid campaigns, ads, and SEO/SEM to increase lead conversion and drive revenue.
  • Implement and oversee website analytics, paid campaigns, and marketing budget spend.
  • Manage vendor relationships to optimize and increase SEO, SEM, website traffic, campaign performance, lead conversions, and business revenue.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, ensure data hygiene, and identify business opportunities within SFDC and HubSpot data.
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations and Sales teams to ensure Marketing leads are successfully handed off to Sales and efficiently converted to opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Three to five (3-5) years in a B2B field and demand gen / operations marketing role.
  • Experience developing and owning integrated campaigns with the ability to measure and optimize performance.
  • Extensive experience in CRM and marketing tools, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience building robust reporting and analytics to provide strategic guidance for lead gen marketing efforts.
  • Fluent in the marketing tech stack, including systems, workflows, integrations, marketing automation, campaigns, and website performance.
  • Experience owning budgets and vendor relationships to maximize ROI for paid and integrated campaigns and lead gen efforts across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Experience defining process design, management, and documentation.
  • Strategic, data-oriented approach to marketing efforts and business spend.
  • Motivated self-starter with critical thinking skills
  • BA or BS in Business, Marketing, or a related degree.

This is a remote position, but the preference is for an individual located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
