Earlytrade is a fast-growing Construction Tech company specializing in cash flow solutions for general contractors and subcontractors. Our mission is to become the largest provider of cash flow solutions to the global construction sector.
THE OPPORTUNITYEarlytrade is scaling its US go-to-market across enterprise and mid-market construction, and we need someone who can translate a genuinely differentiated product into messaging that lands with general contractors and subcontractors alike. Construction and finance audiences don't respond to hype. They respond to proof, clarity, and content that shows we understand their business. The sale here is education, not persuasion and that makes this role a revenue role, not a support function.
Your work will show up in pipeline: the positioning that opens doors, the case studies that move deals forward, the enablement that helps sellers win. You'll measure what your content does, not just what it says, and use that data to sharpen everything we put in front of the market. As we grow, you'll also help lead the expansion of our ideal customer profile, shaping who we sell to next and how we show up when we get there.
You'll own the full spectrum: positioning, messaging, and launch execution on the product marketing side; content strategy and production on the other. It's a true 50/50 split, and you'll own our content strategy end to end. You'll report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with sales, customer success, product, RevOps, and leadership to make sure every asset — from a competitive one-pager to a customer story — moves deals forward. If you want a blank canvas, direct access to the people building the product, and messaging work that actually shapes revenue, this is it.
WHAT YOU'LL DOProduct Marketing
- Own positioning and messaging for Earlytrade's solutions across enterprise and mid-market segments, for both general contractor and subcontractor audiences
- Own end-to-end product launches, leading cross-functional planning and execution across positioning, messaging, sales enablement, customer communications, and marketing content
- Build and maintain sales enablement assets: pitch narratives, one-pagers, battle cards, and objection-handling guidance sellers actually use
- Lead buyer and market research: persona development, win/loss analysis, and documenting the buyer's journey — where our buyers get information and why they decide — then drive changes to messaging and sales motion based on what you learn
- Help lead ICP expansion: use market, customer, and competitive insight to define new segments worth pursuing, and build the positioning and messaging to enter them
- Monitor the competitive landscape and turn findings into competitive intelligence that sharpens positioning and arms the sales team
- Serve as the voice of the customer: pull insight from sales calls (Gong), customer conversations, and market feedback, and channel it back to product and leadership to inform strategy
Content
- Own Earlytrade's content strategy: what we publish, where, for whom, when, and why
- Produce high-impact content across formats — blog posts, case studies, customer stories, ebooks, webinars, and video (Wistia)
- Build a case study and reference-content engine that supports an education-led sales motion
- Run a content repurposing engine: turn one flagship asset — a webinar, market report, or customer story — into social posts, email, short copy, and sales collateral
- Partner with executives to develop bylined articles and thought leadership that support our PR programming, translating their expertise into publish-ready content under their voice
- Produce and manage our podcast pilot — a CEO-hosted show we're testing as a new channel — owning episode planning, guest coordination, production, and the data that tells us whether to scale it
- Measure content performance and pipeline impact in HubSpot, and continuously improve messaging, content, and enablement based on data — not instinct
- Manage content quality, consistency, and brand voice across every channel
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to scale content production without sacrificing quality
Team Player
- Pitch in across adjacent marketing areas as needed: demand gen support, events, social, and campaigns. We're a lean team; everyone flexes.

- A performance mindset: you measure what your content does, not just what it says
- Demonstrated ability to overtake competitors in SEO/AEO
