Role: Sr. Technical Support & Analytics Engineer

As a Technical Support & Analytics Engineer, you'll both delight customers with your technical expertise and empower high-performance security teams through our cutting-edge security analytics platform.
What You Will Be Doing:
Serve as primary technical support contact for Crogl customers, diagnosing and resolving issues with deployments
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation
Develop and implement security operations use cases for customers, delivering compelling demonstrations of Crogl's capabilities
Develop prototypes and extensions based on threat advisories, best practices or customer driven use cases

Collaborate with engineering to address escalations, create new features and extend use cases
What You Bring to the Team:
A passion for listening, diagnosing and solving problems for customers
Experience with databases, datalakes and log tools (Postgres, Databricks, Splunk)
Experience with compound AI components (LLMs, Vector DBs, containers)
Deep understanding of security operations use cases and workflows
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
What Separates You from Others
Knowledge of AI and machine learning in cybersecurity
Experience working on a security team
Proven experience building or supporting security products

Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
