About the role

Atmosphere is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Associate Programmatic Account Manager to join our Programmatic team. This role works closely with our Programmatic and Direct Ad sales teams, assisting in the management of Programmatic campaigns, relationships, and sales support.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for client services and the advertising/media industry, with the ability to work cross functionally across our entire Ad Sales organization. A great role for recent graduates that are looking to begin their career in advertising sales.

This is a hybrid position based in Chicago from our Ad Sales office, and reports to our Sr. Director of Programmatic Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with presale support, including requesting advertising inventory avails, creating geo-targeted maps, and building out media plans for key prospects and sales opportunities.
  • Assist with building PMP deal IDs aligning with all pre-sale parameters.
  • Assist with monitoring and tracking of daily PMP activity. Optimizing deals to increase revenue, campaign efficiency, and client performance expectations.
  • Work with agency buyers, DSP, and SSP partners to troubleshoot any PMP activation issues.
  • Collaborate with VP to manage client billing T2 revenue reporting.
  • Assist with post-campaign reporting if required.
  • Capture PoP shots for active PMP deals.
  • Offer programmatic technical support and knowledge to direct local and regional Account Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media Studies, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Understanding of online advertising, strategy, and analytics.
  • Enthusiastic about advancing their career and expanding their expertise in Programmatic Advertising.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with varying stakeholders, thriving in both home and office environments.

The base salary range for this position is $55,000. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. In addition, this position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
