About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas for 8 weeks this summer.
A fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams and contribute to our continued growth.
This role is based in Austin, TX out of our South Austin office, and reports to the SVP of Platform Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Support Helping the sales & customer support teams with lead generation, data entry, and follow-up activities
  • Project Support: Assisting with planning, execution, and tracking of sales and marketing projects.
  • Customer & Prospect Interaction: Communication with potential and current customers via email and phone to provide information and support.
  • Marketing Assistance: Contributing to marketing campaigns through tasks such as content organization, research, and administrative support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Providing general administrative support to the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A self starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative on assigned tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Having an interest in Media, Technology, and/or Advertising Industry is a plus!
  • Capable at working independently and as part of a team.
