About The Role
Atmosphere is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant (Part-Time) to support office operations, maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace, and assist with employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and contributing to a positive work environment.
This role reports to the Executive Assistance to the CEO.

About The Role
Atmosphere is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant (Part-Time) to support office operations, maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace, and assist with employee engagement initiatives. This role reports to the Executive Assistance to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock snacks and reorder inventory from Costco or other vendors as needed
- Monitor and replenish bathroom supplies, placing orders as necessary
- Maintain office supplies in each department and manage reorders
- Assist with office moves, including furniture setup and organization
- Support leasing-related tours by preparing office spaces and guiding visitors
- Collect and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate departments
- Handle package deliveries, ensuring timely distribution
- Assemble and distribute swag bags for new hires
- Set up and restock beverages for All Hands meetings and other company events
- Assist with planning, setup, and cleanup for employee engagement events
- Organize and maintain storage closets and office supply areas
- Distribute anniversary cards and pins to employees
- Other projects as assigned
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Ability to lift and move light to moderate office supplies and furniture (up to 40 lbs)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Experience in an office or facilities support role is a plus but not required
- Part-time, flexible schedule (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Hourly compensation based on experience
